I used to love getting that there terbaccy from Germany, but they no longer allow it unless it has changed lately.
I would get my Salty Dogs Plug from DanPipe because at $9 a pop it was much cheaper, even with shipping, than what they sell it over here for.

Once TPD2 regulations took effect, the game was over though, and when I placed an order in mid-2016 or so,
I got this email:

Dear Mr MLC,

thank you for your order... but it is not be allowed to send tobacco in the USA:

I just ordered from Pfeifendepot.de a few weeks ago. No problems at all, fast shipping (about 9 days to my door), and good prices.

Heck yeah!

I get HU from there and he provides the goody goods no doubt.

I think maybe he's in "rebel mode" against the Empire and fighting the good fight.
The bigger shops may still be in "cower down" mode but I haven't tried lately, maybe I'll give it a try and find out if anything has changed.

I need to place an order soon, I'm hooked on Hadde's Best Irish and a few of the others too.

edit:
actually I have no reason to try anywhere else because Gerd has a big enough line now, including Salty Dogs, and also McConnell's Pure Burley and Kentucky which I've always wanted to try, and I'd rather support him than the bigger shops anyways...

Mainly for the benefit of UK PSD'ers - I have noticed that McGaheys of Exeter (http://www.the-tobacconist.co.uk/) have completed a waaaayyyyy-overdue update/revamp of their website :)

Martin sells a number of loose blends with Devon/Cornwall themed names - on the new website he lists what the blend really is (he sells Coniston under a different name for example)

Very useful information .. and it may explain why @Cousin Ivan was so disappointed when he bought "Digger Flake" some time back, now that it's true identity has been revealed :sf1:
