Pipe Valets?

I’ve seen these on social media...and am curious if anyone here has it or something similar like it. There are no reviews on his website sedercraft.com



Or should I just stick with my paper plate?

That’s exactly what I thought. But then again my paper plate folds and makes a funnel too haha

I like the idea of it plus this has the option of having it engraved with letters or a logo which is appealing to me. As I have a custom pipe, pipe pouch, and tamper all made to match a running theme.

I have one and am very satisfied with it. Very handy and I use it daily. The spillover notch is definitely a nice feature.

Kraig at SederCraft has a laser-etching machine and he was willing to make this for Marzio.

FYI, Kraig does personalized trays for groups if we decide for a PTOY

I knew someone on the forum was bound to have one, but giving that as a thank you to radice is a very nice idea.

I just use the Neerup leather mat, it takes up less space and you can transfer the tobacco back into container as simply as you do with a piece of paper.

While I appreciate the ascetic and craftsmanship of these trays, I have a nicely personalized birthday card that I use. It folds nicely into a V shape to funnel crumbs into the container nicely, and stores much flatter.

You had a used birthday card?!? You were lucky. In my day, I'd have to use a used newspaper from a fishmarket to save my tobacco. And, you tell that to young people today and they won't believe you.

I use a vinyl cutting board. They sell them at Dollar Tree 2-for-$1.
It's about 10"×16".
It's durable, but also folds nicely for returning tobacco to its tin/jar/bag.
Additionally, I don't feel bad cutting plugs on it.
I sure wouldn't cut plugs on that pretty valet.
It's too nice.
