Snuff boxes - who has them?

So I went from "I'd like to try snuff" to an order from Mr. Snuff, and then down the gear rabbit hole because of my collector impulse. I'd like to find something unique to carry around my daily/weekly indulgence. Does anyone here use something other than the factory packaging? Pictures and advice would be appreciated if you have the time...

I generally just buy little screw top tins off Amazon and decant bulk purchases into those. I did buy a couple tapboxes off eBay that I like, although they're a little tricky to fill up.

Do you have the metal or the plastic one? I actually bought the metal one on eBay a while back but then the seller couldn't find it and refunded me. I'm still thinking of grabbing one.

Do you have the metal or the plastic one? I actually bought the metal one on eBay a while back but then the seller couldn't find it and refunded me. I'm still thinking of grabbing one.

I have both. Prefer the plastic one.
But the dose bar can be changed in the aluminum one to increase the dose.

Ive thought about trying snuff sometime. And having a sterling silver snuff box definitely appeals to me.

I picked up one of these from mrsnuff.com. It is currently filled with McChrystal SP. I am pretty happy with it. I put the entire contents of a 3.5 g tin in it. Only complaint is that it leaks a very little mostly on the side with the button.

I have no idea what the arcane symbols on it are supposed to mean.

How does this one work?

You point it downward so the snuff enters the holes in the sliding part, bring it to your hand, press the sliding part in and tap the top and get two fairly generous portions of snuff on the back of you hand. Good for SP. I wouldn't recommend it with Cheeta.
