SP "fresh", how long are they fresh?

I just snagged a Chacom Montmartre on Smokingpipes.
It was on sale and listed as "fresh". It was their last one in that line & I'm very jazzed I got it. I looked at it last night & told myself if it was still available in the morning I would pull the trigger.
It got me wondering, if a pipe on SP is labeled as "fresh", how long are they listed as such? 2 weeks? 4? ....

Fresh does NOT mean new, as they have Fresh estate pipes too.

Fresh means just “recently” acquired by SP.

I was curious about this as well at one point and tracked a few items to figure it out and I did... but then forgot the results after I stopped caring. I believe that it was either 1 or 2 weeks though.

Seems to me "fresh" is some combination of what's new, and what they desperately want to move

There are some rustic GiGis that got marked "Fresh" for six weeks, after someone sold an entire pipe shop's worth to SP
