I am here to pass the time of day amongst those of the pipe smoking community. Mostly a non-aromatic smoker, that favors all types of blends, I do enjoy aromatics now and then (I believe a top note is best when used to accentuate a blend’s natural flavors; The lighter side, if you will, of aromatic land.). My pipes are from all over the world. Freehand varieties, including interesting takes on standard shapes, form the majority of my herd. Among the stds, I have Rhodesians. Bulldogs, Oom Pauls, Hungarians, Cavaliers, Arthurs, Valcanos, Eskimos, Ramses etc. What holds these pipes together is few of them have a straight stem.
