Ugh..iron wood.....I was making a piece out of it one time and got a splinter of it in my finger...most painful dang splinter ever from woodworking..
Nice pieces though...
I wanted to try an apple and I wanted to do a contrast stain. Modeled after a Peterson sitting apple. Here we are so far. There are a few small pits, but I liked the grain so I left it alone. Now that its stained I see some fine sanding to do.
